Maplestory 5th Job Skills Showcase Video

This is the best video I've found that demonstrates very well what to expect with the new 5th job skills coming to GMS.  It's actual game play footage and and compiled in a way that's very entertaining and excited!

Maplestory GMS V 5th Job Announced!

The wait is finally over!  Nexon has announced that 5th job will start in GMS November 30th!  Very excited about this!  Just check out the teaser video below.

Key features that are coming:

• New power skills for each class
• Damage cap removed
• New matrix system to buff and combine skills for more character customization
• Large new 200+ areas
• Lower Exp requirement to get to level 200
• New user interface

Finally the stalemate of being stuck at level 200 is over.  Can't wait to explore all the new content!

How To Unlock The Pocket Slot in Maplestory 2016

Use these steps to unlock the pocket slot.

• First you have to get your charm up to level 30.  Press "B" to see traits.
• Do the new monster park and buy Mustaches and equip them for 100 charm each.
• Look for quests and events that award Cologne. (5 charm each)  Hero coin event boxes, etc.
• Zakum Helms give 50 charm each.

Accept the quest "Excessively Charming" on the left under the star quests.  Not the light bulb.

So you must obtain a Rose Clipping first and bring it to Big Headward in the Hair Salon in Henesys.  I found one in the Free Market for 40M mesos.  You can try to harvest one on your own but it's going to take a long time.  You can also aquire one from the Rose Garden quest in Lion Heart castle also, but you need to do all the quests first to get to the Lion King.  Don't be lame and do them anyways because he's a futute daily boss worth running for potions and reward points, etc.

• Once you obtain the Rose Clipping you can give it to Big Headward and complete the quest.

Now you have the pocket slot and can equip the Rose Clipping if you want, but Hilla drops a decent one and you can get another one from Monster Park also.  The best one comes from Pink Bean.
